Everbridge App SSO Walkthrough
For iPhone:
- Install the Everbridge app from the App Store (when searching, download the one with the orange icon)
- From there you will see this when opening the app
- You will then click on Find an organization and type in the search box SLAM (Must be in all caps)
- Once you’ve entered in SLAM, you will choose the museum and be prompted to enter in your email address for SSO (first initial, last name@slam.org ex: ttestin@slam.org)
- You will then enter in your password you use to sign into your SLAM PC and sign in. Once you sign in, there is one last prompt, click yes to fully sign in.
- When you sign in, you will be prompted on how you want notifications to come across. Leave these as the way they are, and press done
- When you get a notification, it will come across your notifications like this
- When you open it, you are presented with the details of the notification sent out
For Android:
- Install the Everbridge app from Google Play Store (when searching, download the one with the orange icon)
- From there you will see this when opening the app
- You will then click on Find an organization and type in the search box SLAM (Must be in all caps) and select the museum
- You now will be prompted to enter in your email address for SSO (first initial, last name@slam.org ex: ttestin@slam.org)
- You will then enter in your password you use to sign into your SLAM PC and sign in. Once you sign in, there is one last prompt, click yes to fully sign in.
- When you sign in, you will be prompted on how you want notifications to come across. Leave these as the way they are, and press done
- When you get a notification, it will come across your notifications like this *NOTE OTHER BRANDS MAY LOOK DIFFERENT*
- When you open it, you are presented with the details of the notification sent out
You have then successfully installed and signed into Everbridge with SSO and will now receive notifications from the museum straight to your phone.
