Overview/Introduction
LogMeIn is a solution we use that allows users access to SLAM computers from home. It requires that users have a home computer and broadband network access. If you have been identified as a LogMeIn user, once your access is setup (see below), you will be connected to your work machine as if you are sitting at your desk. This means that if you access a file from any share drive, your U:\drive, etc, you can read/edit, etc as you normally would while sitting at your desk.
You have been assigned a Logmein (LMI) license via SLAM IT. This is centrally managed; our available licenses are limited for this remote solution. LMI will provide our (current) best option for your management of your SLAM computer and all its resources, such as network drives, from your home.computer, as needed
