Overview/Introduction
SLAM users with a home/personal computer can be set up for RemoteApp access. RemoteApp allows a secure tunnel by which users can use SLAM applications remotely without need for additional tools or a museum computer. A reliable connection is predicated on the use of a good wired or Wi-Fi connection with Internet access from the remote location. Once permissions are set by IT for user access, the user can get to the home page of the application list. It is important to note that this solution does not provide general access to the SLAM network or files

General process outline:
- Open browser
- Connect to our remote gateway
- Authenticate
- Apps are presented.
- Choose App and login with appropriate credentials
- Use the App and Log Off button to end your session
